I saw the car advertised on Autotrader, the car is great, but I was very disappointed to be charged an additional £149 above the advertised price for 'paperwork' to complete the sale.

My experience at Perrys Mansfield Mazda could have been better because i have an issue with a scratch on the paintwork. I have contacted the salesman on numerous occasions and was told he would get back to me after I initially spoke to him and sent photos but has since not replied in response to my calls.
I am very disappointed with this after sales service and would have expected better from a main dealer.
